The company sources fish from the UK and Ireland with the majority sourced from Norway, fished from the ice cold waters of the Arctic and Norwegian seas.

Jack Wright import, process and trade around 250 tonnes of fresh fish a month, processing raw fish to fillets for wholesale markets, catering and food service distributors.

Jack Wright also has a commercial smoke house where haddock and cod is either naturally smoked or died smoked with our unique blend of beech and oak wood chips.
